At Aurora, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Timeline for Returns
Our standard timeline for refund or return requests is 7 to 10 working days from the date you receive your delivery.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
3. Exchange
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, size, or a manufacturing defect), Aurora will provide a full refund, including the delivery charges.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or design:
- The customer is responsible for the exchange delivery charge.
- Our delivery representative will collect the original item and deliver the replacement at the same time.
5. Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 working days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase.
